Emma teaches two types of classes for women; Women's Health for all ages and Peri - Menopausal Yoga.
She has gained specific qualifications in helping women, whatever their age or their stage of life.
She continues to help many who are going through differing stages of life, whether they are hormonal teenagers, postnatal or those who are Peri-Menopausal, Menopausal or Post-Menopausal.
These yoga classes concentrate on re-balancing the hormones and helping the body to be strong whilst reducing stress levels and to make all women feel empowered and strong.
You will also learn how to relax the mind and to be able to switch off and fall asleep easier at night.
No yoga experience needed to stretch and relax with like-minded women.
