Prei, Menopause and Post Menopause YogaEmma has gained specific qualifications in teaching Peri, Menopause and Post Menopause Yoga for all women. This class helps to rebalance your hormones, reduce stress, relax and to feel empowered and strong. It is a great opportunity to meet other like-minded women and to encourage us all to love our bodies no matter what changes we are experiencing. No experience of yoga needed as all the stretches and poses are beginner and moderate level. The class includes a much-needed relaxation time to reconnect with your positive thoughts.
