Pregnancy YogaMany congratulations on your pregnancy. Emma has helped over 6000 pregnant ladies through yoga, massage and aquanatal lessons. You are very welcome to join the Pregnancy Yoga or Aquanatal classes anytime from 13 weeks of pregnancy until you give birth. Emma believes that all exercise should be fun and by attending these classes you will keep the body fit and healthy during your pregnancy. We will also prepare the body for birth and advice is also given on breathing techniques and positions for birth. These classes will also help those suffering with back ache, heartburn, sciatic nerve, fluid retention, pelvis pain and sleeping difficulties. It's is also a great way to meet other expectant mums and to chat about your pregnancy. Yoga Classes are held every Wednesday evening from 7.15pm to 8.15pm at the Katherine Semar Infant School, Ross Close, Saffron Walden, Essex. You can just pay weekly and your first class is half price - just £5.. Emma will supply everything you need including mats, balls, cushions, beanbags and you even get your own blanket to help you sleep and relax at the end of the class. You just need to wear something comfortable like tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt. These classes are fully recommended by local midwives and doctors and most women have a great birthing experience that they come back a second and third time!
